Bernstein Liebhard LLP Announces Proposed Class Action Settlement on Behalf of Purchasers of Armstrong Flooring, Inc

The Western Division has approved the following announcement of a proposed class action settlement that would benefit purchasers of Armstrong Flooring, Inc. pursuant to Rule 23 of the Federal Rules of Civil Procedure and a court order of district of the United States for the Central District of California, that Court-appointed Lead Plaintiff, on behalf of itself and all members of the Proposed Settlement Class, and Defendant Armstrong Flooring have reached a proposed settlement of the claims in the above-noted class action (the "Action") in the amount of $3,750,000 (the "Settlement"). Courthouse, 350 W. 1st Street, Courtroom 8D, 8th Floor, Los Angeles, CA 90012 (the "Settlement Hearing") to, among other things, determine whether the Court should: (i) approve the proposed Settlement as fair, reasonable, and adequate; (ii) dismiss the action with prejudice as provided in the stipulation and settlement agreement, dated January 15, 2021; (iii) approve the proposed distribution plan for the distribution of settlement funds available for distribution to members of the settlement class (the “Net Settlement Fund”); and (iv) approve the Lead Counsel's request for fees and expenses.
